Halloween Terms and Conditions

Promoter This competition is organised and promoted by Hanson Self Storage ("the Promoter").

 

The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.

 

Employees of Hanson Self Storage, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

 

 

The competition opens on Monday 19th October 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM on Saturday 31st October 2026.

 

Entries received after the closing date will not be included.

Comment on the competition post as instructed.

 

Only one entry per person will be counted unless otherwise stated.

 

No purchase is necessary to enter.

 

 

One winner will receive one new television.

 

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.

 

Hanson Self Storage reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.

 

 

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the competition closing date.

 

The decision of Hanson Self Storage is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

 

The winner will be contacted via Facebook within 7 days of the competition closing.

 

If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being contacted, Hanson Self Storage reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

 

 

The prize must be collected from a Hanson Self Storage location unless otherwise agreed.

 

Proof of identity may be required before the prize is awarded.

 

 

By entering, participants agree that their first name and surname initial may be used by Hanson Self Storage for the purpose of announcing the winner on social media.

 

Any personal data supplied during the administration of the competition will only be used for the purposes of managing the giveaway and contacting the winner.

Hanson Self Storage accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or cannot be submitted due to technical issues.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

By entering the competition, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
